In July and November 2022, we visited Forsyth Park, in Savannah to talk with visitors to the Savannah Forsyth Farmers Market (FFM), which sets up on Saturdays at the south side of the park. From 9 am until 1 pm, we set up a booth and had a white board where visitors to the farmer's market could write down whom they were enjoying the day with! We saw 'family', 'friend', 'daughter', 'dog', 'self', 'bff', 'fiancé', 'soulmate' even 'moss!' We also asked visitors to write down more about their day and what they like to do in Savannah! Here are their responses.

These pictures help us remember that events and public spaces help make our social networks and our relationships strong by providing destinations, helping us make plans, and giving us activities---all immersed in the city! We
will hold similar events in 2023.
